For your convenience, we accept cash, check, and credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa).
*A convenience fee of 3% will be added to the total amount for all credit card transactions. Debit card, HSA, FSA, cash, and check transactions are not subjected to convenience.
Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans, and our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork.
